At ZoomyPets, we want you and your pet to be happy – but we keep things simple and fair.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund β€” your choice!


Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or general dissatisfaction.
